At Lovetastic, the safety and protection of our users is our top priority. We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. Our commitment extends to proactively preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE in accordance with global standards, legal obligations, and platform policies.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Lovetastic strictly prohibits any form of content or conduct that involves, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

Age Restrictions

Our platform is only available to users aged 18 and above.

Monitoring & Detection

We employ automated and manual content moderation tools to detect and remove any material that violates our CSAE policy, including AI-powered profile and message scanning.

User Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report profiles, messages, or content that raise concern. All reports related to CSAE are prioritized and investigated by a dedicated Trust & Safety team.

Immediate Action & Cooperation

If any CSAE-related activity is detected, we immediately remove the content, ban the involved accounts, and report to appropriate law enforcement authorities in line with legal obligations (e.g., NCMEC, EUROPOL, etc.).

Collaboration with Authorities

We cooperate with global child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to prevent and combat CSAE across platforms.

Employee Training

Our team is trained to recognize, report, and respond appropriately to CSAE-related content or reports.
